Sarga Bodywork is a method that uses the Therapist’s feet & employs the use of a fabric strap fastened to a massage table to deliver therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques. This fabric strap is used by practitioners for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to specific manual therapy methods. These methods, combined with the broad contact surface of the foot facilitate less restriction and more ease and relaxation in recipients’ bodies.

“Sacred Dance of the Heart” – Phenomenal Touch is an incredibly fluid, poetic, flowing, and artful style of Massage. Think being in ocean waves or in a tree hammock deep in the silent wilderness. Medical Message is for treating past or current injuries. I use Precision Neuromuscular techniques as well as myofascial techniques to address specific muscle issues in the body.

Thai Massage is a series of techniques that employ yoga-like assisted stretches, acupressure, joint mobilizations, rocking, shaking, and compressions to open up your body. This method can be done traditionally on a mat on the floor, fully-clothed, or incorporated into a traditional table massage.

Warm cup of tea, feet soaked in roses with your choice of scented epsom salts, in a copper basin. Nourish the microcosm of yourself with this ritual to your feet, ankles, calves and thighs. Thai Reflexology focuses on the specific points of the feet and ankles that create a reflex in the corresponding organs of your body, to relieve stress, improve clarity, and restore balance.

Tok Sen Massage employs a wooden hammer made from auspicious woods, usually the Tamarind tree. This is an old traditional technique that taps along the energy lines which access your nervous system in a vibrational way to relax muscles and improve the pathways that your nervous system uses to communicate with your body. This modality can be paired with Herbal Compress, which employs healing heat & long soothing strokes to make you sink into a sweet surrender.

Herbal Compress (called “Luk Pra Kob” in Thailand) is a collection of herbs wrapped in cotton muslin cloth that help soothe & provide relief for inflammation or deeply sore, tired muscles. The Therapist glides and smears the compress in circular, rolling, or linear movements across the body. Usually done on a table while incorporating either a relaxing Swedish massage or a therapeutic Thai Massage. (Can only be booked in a 90-min. or 2-hr. time slot & requires  purchase of 2 Herbal Compresses / $25
